How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Guaranteethread Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Guaranteethread Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Guaranteethread Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@guaranteethread.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may also help.
